What is covered?
3M® and Body-Skins Inc. warrants Scotchgard Paint Protection Film will be free of defects in materials and manufacture – including yellowing, bubbling and cracking – for ten (10) years from date of purchase. This warranty does not apply to damage caused by misuse, accident, misapplication, or ordinary wear, nor does it apply to dents caused by physical impact of rocks or road debris.

Making a Warranty Claim:
To make a claim under this warranty simply contact us via email or phone. We will direct you to the proper procedures needed for a warranty claim and will continue to service your warranty claim in the same manner as you have previously experienced with our professional staff. If by chance you may have a warranty issue that needs to be addressed and in fact did not have our staff install or sell you a kit we are more then happy to help. We will process a warranty claim and replace your Scotchgard Paint Protection kit in a timely and professional manner.
Remedy and Limitations:
The Body-Skins Inc. warranty and limited remedies stated in this document are exclusive and is made in place of all other express or implied warranties, including any implied warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Body-Skins Inc. shall not be liable for any other damages or costs, including incidental or consequential damages, arising out of the use or inability to use Scotchgard Paint Protection Film or any vehicle to which it has been applied.
